RDB：イベント
ニフクラ RDBのリソースに対して行われた変更の履歴を閲覧できる機能です。
イベント情報を検索するには、コントロールパネルまたは DescribeEvents API を利用します。
発生したイベントは、イベント通知機能を使用して、任意のメールアドレスに通知することができます。

技術仕様/制限値：イベント通知
イベントには、下記のリソースに関するイベントが記録されます。
